We never imagined how much joy these two would bring to our lives. They are a bundle of energy and always have been. You never know what they are are going to say and do next. They are witty. They are smart. They are funny. They always have a best friend. They love each other. They love their family. They love our friends. They just love people. They enjoy all things loud and musical. They love songs. A favorite since they could talk has been Dixie Land Delight. They "Roll Tide," "Go Cuse," and love USA soccer (it is world cup time again). They eat terrible most of the time with the exception of fruit. They would live off of chicken, macaroni, corndogs, chips and dip, cheese dip and pizza if I let them. They are ecstatic that watermelon season is upon us again. We've had four in three weeks. We should invest in bananas. They always want to match and are perturbed when they are "similar." They love church, the new one and the old one as they call it. They name all their friends who are going to be wherever we are going. They also love ketchup everything. Their favorite restaurants are Habaneros, Milo's and Gyros. Clearly, we are raising them right. They think Nick, Ashley, Holly, Brandon, Emory and Ezra are in our family and still get confused when they aren't at actual family functions. They ask for vitamins daily. Gummy anything is a favorite. They love movies with "shooters" and are quick to call out the "bad guys." They are good big brothers to Titus, most of the time. They have uncontrollable belly laughs that can always make you smile. Asa has the best sense of humor. Jude has sarcasm that could hang with any teenager. They talk non-stop and are alot of fun to be around. They love outside and count down days to the next beach vacation. They are not a fan of characters in costume, but love some toons. They love going to stay with B everyday and still take wagon rides any chance they have (all 80 pounds of them+plus Titus 25= B has lost weight). They can tell you the whole San Francisco Giants starting line-up and love days when Timmy Jack is pitching. They do not like to be apart for any reason and if it happens they are spilling questions pertaining to the others where-a-bouts. They think the other is hilarious in all ways. They make each other laugh harder than anybody. They are all boy. Everything is a weapon. If it is a ball, they play with it. They prefer to make as many messes as possible in a day, but have come around to helping clean. VICTORY! They are good little helpers when they want to be. They quote us, television, commercials, songs and anything else they hear. Their memory is amazing. They know where we are going based on where we turn. Jude insists on sleeping with "ellie" every night and Asa lines up legos, instruments or tools beside his bed in some strategic order every time he goes to bed. They love waiting on daddy to come home and yelling to hear their echoes outside. The water hose is their go-to anytime they can get their hands on it. They build things out of whatever they can find. If their is an ant bed anywhere nearby, they will find it, destroy it and scream that "ants are everywhere." They need an agenda for everyday and always want to know what is next. They are obsessed with all things animal and LOVE uncle Ron's pond and the ducks. The park should move next door because they would be ecstatic. They love life to the fullest. ALWAYS. We love these two to pieces. They made us parents and we don't always get it right, but we are all in this thing together. They have taught us as much about life as we have taught them. We are so thankful that God chose us to be parents to these two amazing boys.
